By creating a VitalsMC account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VitalsMC for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the VitalsMC infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the VitalsMC plugin or API.
• Resell or redistribute access to VitalsMC services without permission.

3. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

VitalsMC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with VitalsMC are the property of VitalsMC and its creator. You retain ownership of your server data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VitalsMC after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
